SEBA SPOTLIGHT

SEBA SPOTLIGHT is a video series that profiles our members, produced by the SEBA media relations team. If you would like to recommend a SEBA member or group of members to be featured on SEBA SPOTLIGHT, click here.

In this episode, we introduce you to the SEBA members behind the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department HOPE Team. The Homeless Outreach and Proactive Enforcement (H.O.P.E.) program is a proactive initiative aimed at reducing the demand for services and resources currently required to address issues related to the homeless population. By adopting a community policing philosophy, the program connects the homeless with resources and service providers throughout the county. The ultimate goal is to break the cycle of arrest, incarceration, and release associated with homelessness-related crimes.
